Working from our London office, you will have the autonomy in growing visibility for our products and services in the EMEA region. Duties:

Social Media Community Management:

  • Assist with developing and streamlining company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities;
  • Increase the number of followers by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates;
  • Monitoring and replying to candidates and clients;
  • Posting on a daily basis (both job- and industry-related), and using tools to plan forward-looking Tweets over weekends and holidays;
  • Liaising with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to-date.

Coordinating and Distributing Content:

  • Scheduling and coordinating a monthly brainstorming meeting to establish content ideas for the month ahead, and to plan for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing and blogging calendar;
  • Maintain a monthly social media and blogging calendar and ensure that everyone is?meeting their deadlines.;
  • Liaising with senior consultants and directors to push new blog posts through the?calendar;
  • Help coordinate a guest blogger programme – help to amplify this content through other social media channels;
  • Drive awareness of our new blog posts by posting the articles into forums and?groups;
  • Using tools to identify and monitor key industry bloggers, trade journalists, and twitter influencers. Flagging and aggregating interesting content to re-tweet and post. Use tools to identify influencers;
  • Help to create video content and post on YouTube;
  • Upload and manage company blog posts in WordPress;
  • Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels (and understand how to change the tone of the content for each channel);

Understanding and monitoring social media analytics:

  • Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Bitly?statistics, LinkedIn company stats, etc.
  • Track and report website statistics using Google Analytics. Look at how well specific?content performs and look at the flow of traffic through to our Web site. Look at?how well blog posts perform based on their ?share-rating? and the total number of?viewers and time spent on page. Look at the best performing web site pages and try?to generate new content that does the same or better. If consultants are producing?original content and blogs, report back to them weekly with the performance of?those posts.
  • Use tools to measure our influence and monitor what kind of content gets best results to help with future content.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short and long copy;
  • Excellent verbal communications skills;
  • Experience in a senior role in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management;
  • Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and with Microsoft Office/Google docs products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel);

  • Previous management experience and strong leadership ability, which utilizes influencing skills and promotes team collaboration and development as well as personal accountability;

The Digital Platform Manager will oversee all aspects of the successful operation and continuous development of some of our key content delivery platforms, as well as supporting applications. The role will involve working in partnership with our commercial and technical teams, as well as external service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Initially work closely with management and internal groups to design, build, develop and launch a comprehensive digital marketing presence including live data, multi-media, public and private portals, internal access, technical data;
  • Ensure the platforms are secure, bug free, reliable and high performing and that the maintenance of the platforms is undertaken in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Be the expert on and guardian of the applications ensuring that you understand all aspects of their operation and that they provide an optimal user/customer experience;
  • Maintain the development roadmaps for the platforms, working closely with product owners to drive continuous development;
  • Where developments are planned, work with internal staff and external service providers to define technical and design specifications, delivery timelines, costs and implementation;
  • Define and lead the project management of any platform improvements and ensure all are built to plan (specification, time and budget), providing direction to all participants to ensure all tasks are performed and challenges are overcome to meet plans and deadlines. Organise and oversee the deployments of code to production sites by development teams and ensure all necessary approvals have been obtained;
  • Keep our online projects and documentation library up to date for the platforms;
  • Manage access for internal users to the platforms and their permissions, including training internal users on the applications where necessary;
  • Provide regular reports on platform usage by customers and internal users, as well as system performance and development status;
  • Assist customer service with the on-boarding of new accounts and users onto the platform and to resolve any access issues;
  • Support Group Digital Director/Chief Technology Officer with planning, project management, testing and rollout of new platforms.

Experience, skills and abilities:

  • Several years of digital application/platform management experience as a digital product, application or platform manager (or similar role), ideally for b2b or b2c data products ? ideally in the asset management, commodities trading or investment banking industries;
  • Experience of writing, developing, planning and project managing code upgrades and enhancements to digital applications involving internal and external technical teams including design/UX, technical architecture, development, infrastructure, security and test;
  • Experience of drafting specific documents for application enhancements;
  • Appreciation of UX design and experience of working with UX and visual designers to improve online customer journey;
  • Experience in application testing, briefing test teams, and organising code releases to production environments;
  • Strong understanding of digital technology and best practices in web design and development;

We are seeking a professional to bring the Berry brand to life, through compelling content, across digital and traditional marketing channels. As part of the Berry commodities you will be responsible for end-to-end, brand-right delivery of compelling content and thought leadership for our brand, our company and our business. You’ll write insightful marketing content to drive organic growth of existing clients and to help win new business.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing content for publication from our analysts, social media managers and other members who are authorised to provide content/comment, crafting written content for creative materials (thought leadership, web copy, commentaries, blogs, articles, social posts etc.) that drive brand awareness both internally and externally. This creative position requires strong editorial, operational and communication skills to work closely with many different internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience acting as financial adviser to an infrastructure fund;
